Been charged twice fir the same film

Bought the beetlejuice film friday and you charged ne 2s for the film . 2 lots of £20 have been taken from my account for the same film

As you are only talking to other customers here this is something to get in touch with Sky Store support about as they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:

The advice from @caesarome is the best route you can follow. 

just to give you a suggestion for your contact with the Skystore team, is it possible that you accidentally bought both the regular version and the bonus edition ? That would explain why you were charged twice.
