Bought the beetlejuice film friday and you charged ne 2s for the film . 2 lots of £20 have been taken from my account for the same film

The advice from @caesarome is the best route you can follow.
just to give you a suggestion for your contact with the Skystore team, is it possible that you accidentally bought both the regular version and the bonus edition ? That would explain why you were charged twice.
