I have been charged £13.99 for a movie that was offered to me for free via sky vip platinum. Please can this be refunded.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI can't quite remember the T&Cs for the free movie offer but I think either you selected a movie out of the price range of the voucher or you accidentally selected the wrong purchase option (e.g digital download and a dvd/blue-ray version).

Did it appear as £0.00 when you ordered it, if so then I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:

@AEW9 hopefully you haven't watched it ... that would make it harder to claim a refund?
