Awesome 😁

@Lyan try some of the options we did above and see if you get anywhere. Good luck.

Its frustrating that we've all had to chase this.

My next upset is that I cannot watch this on the tele..its only on the sky store app which for some reason cant be downloaded on the TV. Nevermind 🤷🏻‍♀️

Just in case it's useful to anyone on here @tomole  we've been chatting on a different thread and it looks like the recent Sony TVs with built in Chromecast- allow you to cast from SkyStore

hope that's useful to someone

Do You Have Sky +HD or a Sky Q box? Neither of these devices can utalise the Asda Offer!

I wish the counter staff had told me that before I bought the offer!!

I noticed as well that on the front page of the link where you actually claim the voucher - it's clarified that you can't send rentals to a box

"The Sky Store Online Movie Voucher is worth £5.49, so you can choose a movie to rent and watch online or on the Sky Store app. The voucher cannot be used for purchases made on a Sky+HD box or a Sky Q box. Send to Sky Box’ is not available on rental titles. You can choose to pay extra for a Buy & Keep or Sky Store Premiere movie – these can be sent to your Sky Box. Also, if you have an internet browser on your Smart TV or casting device then you can access the Sky Store website via there and watch the movie on your TV."

Hi @CVY819

You could always use the voucher for a buy and keep on Skystore which you could send to your Sky box

If you have a lap top, download your rental and hook up your lap top to the TV. Movie night sorted!

Re: Asda £5 Sky Movie Deal Website broken!

I just had problems submitting the voucher claim but then found that FIREFOX works fine.

The redemption web site does not seem to like any Chromium based browser (i.e. Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge) but is fine with Firefox so if you are having problems give that a go.

Simon

Re: Asda £5 Sky Movie Deal Website broken!

I purchased the Valentines deal with a Sky movie voucher. However when attempting to redeem it via the movienightsin website it keeps telling me my order number is invalid- it's not as several attempts with my family have also failed. I messaged last Thursday PM (next day after midday) and afrer. It is now approaching midnight Monday and still no response and unable to watch the movie for 'Valentines night in' what a con. No phone number to contact you are just left hanging when the online query option says it's 3 days for a reply. Well 3 working days are up tomorrow after Valentines. I wish I hadn't bothered with the deal! 😠

Who did you message, was it via this form:

https://www.movienightsin.co.uk/contact-us

Because 3 working days would be today for a reply but I guess if they get qute a few enquires it might take longer.

Hi @Brightshadow

Did you use this claim link ?

https://www.movienightsin.co.uk/valentine

and did you wait until after mid day on the day after your purchase before claiming (if you bought online)

Re: Asda £5 Sky Movie Deal Website broken!

Yes I used the link and the website via Google in an effort to proceed. I bought the deal 9/2 and have tried every day since the afternoon of 10/2 and regardless it does not recognise my home delivery number as valid
