Hi can someone please help me. This morning I paid off my outstanding balance and set up new direct debit and have had my tv services reinstated but when I try to access any on demand (i.e catch up) or sky store I get a message pop up saying you do not have the sky+ entitlement how ever I can still record or watch recorded programs . How do I fix this and get access back please
