Anyone else not able to access Spiderman preorder?

It's showing as available to buy, but my preorder is not available to watch.

I don't know if my issue is the same as yours- but I had an email from Skystore just after midnight saying my payment (for the Spider-Man pre order) had failed and to contact Skystore 

I ordered through the app rather than through my Q box. 

My payment card is still ok and the same one I've used several times before to purchase movies 

I couldn't get through by livechat so I've emailed them using the link 

Might you have had a similar email ?

It's finally appeared thanks. No idea what the delay was, unless they've got to my email and fixed it.
