Any update on issue with sky store on LG TV?

I notice there is a new LG firmware update available for some models. 

Might be worth checking to see if it's available for your TV and if it makes any difference

Thanks Mike no updates for my model but it is now working which is great - zero communication from sky though which is pretty poor - thank you for your help !

Hi. I'm having the same issue. All apps and channels work fine, but sky store logo comes up and then black screen. If anyone could help I'd be very grateful

Mine started working back in May...I guessed that Sony had sorted out the problem?

Have you updated the Sky Store app on your TV...likewise the TV software itself? That might kick it into action?

Otherwise, I don't know I'm afraid 🤷🏻‍♂️

I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. I also checked my TV for an updates but it said there weren't any.  I even turned the TV off at the wall to try and reset things. 

I'll just keep trying and hopefully strike lucky. 🙏🏻🤞🏼

You did all the things everyone did then...it seemed that Sky  Store updated something and it started magically working again obviously, not in your case. Try writing to them directly, quoting this thread?
