A UHD movie was purchased by mistake on my account but we only wanted a HD version. The download has failed as I do not have a UHD TV. Seemingly I have been charged for this. The charge is the same would like to watch the HD version but this is not an option. When clicking through to the movie we are stuck in a loop of trying to watch but failing to load the UHD version. How can we exchange an unlock the HD version we want? Thanks

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou should be charged for any rented film until you start to watch it which I presume you haven't done due to the failure on the download. To be able to download the HD one this UHD one needs to be deleted then deleted again from the deleted section. Once done you can now download and watch the HD version. If for any reason you have been charged for the UHD version then get in contact with Sky Store support as they have a live chat open from 11am-7.30pm each day:
