Was it a Buy and Keep film or a rented one, if a rented one then as long as you delete it (and again from the deleted folder if it has ended up in there) then you shouldn't be charged for it as long as you didn't start to watch it.

 

If it was a Buy and Keep film then you will have to contact Sky. They have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:

Which platform did you use to (accidentally) order @JudeBurgess . Slightly different rules apply to different platforms
