I was offered a sky store voucher as a gesture of good will, due to my sky services going down. However, when i click on the email to claim my reward i get this error page.

I recall these issues have been solved before by using a different browser. Have you tried alternatives.
Other than that - try a livechat with the Skystore team (opens at 11am tomorrow) and see what they can do to resolve the problem.

Ive sorted it now thanks. I had to make a complaint.
