Accessing my sky store voucher

I was offered a sky store voucher as a gesture of good will, due to my sky services going down. However, when i click on the email to claim my reward i get this error page.

I recall these issues have been solved before by using a different browser. Have you tried alternatives. 

Other than that - try a livechat with the Skystore team (opens at 11am tomorrow) and see what they can do to resolve the problem.

Do you want the messaging team to contact you again as they did a few days before Christmas about your Tesco voucher where you had the same issue ?

Ive sorted it now thanks. I had to make a complaint.
