Access issues

I have purchased the new Godizilla vs Kong movie but now it will not allow me to access it on my sky. As I have purchased it for only 7 days I am losing the time I have paid for!

What is happening when you try to watch it and is this via a Sky+ box or a Sky Q one ?

Re: Access issues

That is correct, you have 7 days to start watching it and when you do it changes to 24 hours for these Sky Store Premier films.

Hi @Sky+user5

If you have started to view the movie but not had chance to finish it my suggestion would be to contact the Skystore team here and explain what's happened - see if they have discretion to allow you a free rental. It can do no harm to ask and you may be able to get through quite quickly on livechat. Best of luck

From when you start viewing the film, rather than from when you pay for it.  As @mike+simmonds says in his very useful Sky Store guide, this means it's really important to resist the temptation to 'press play just to check it works OK', and only start playback when you are ready to watch the whole thing.

Re: Access issues

Hi all,

To confirm, all Sky Store Premium rentals provide a 48 hour playback window.
