wires

when new tennants take over do they need to install new wires for their tv? or can they use existing wires?

If there is already a dish connected to

the building with the wires coming into

the room where their Sky Q box is then they can use these.

Yes there is but the wires outside the building have fallen and now run across the windows

Hi @Stroma1 

If you carry out a Home move through Sky then they will sort out your installation and reinstall whatever is necessary.

The dish and wires are owned by the householder - if they need 'repair' then you would normally need to pay.

 

As noted, a new install could cover it.
