Our Sky Q box and mini boxes will not stay connected to our to wifi.
We have re-entered the wifi password loads of times, but within seconds it's disconnected again.
All our other devices are connected to the wifi and aren't having an issues.
I cant get to speak to someone at sky other than a BOT!
At the point of cancelling with SKY. Pay a lot of money every month and there is absolutely no customer service. I bet if I was a new customer or upgrading my package I would soon be able to speak to someone!
