Hi, i returned by sky equipment after cancelling my contract. I have just received the same parcel in my house again. Not sure why

You've posted in the Sky+ forum - was that intended? You don't need to return Sky+ equipment.

 

Assuming it was Sky Q equipment you returned, did you use Sky packaging and the Sky returns label?
