unable to watch UHD movies Sky Q

Hi,

Whenever I select a UHD movie in Sky Cinema I get error Sorry there are currently no programmes of this type available.

I have powered off the box, checked all broadband issues. Sky Q box is discovered on Network and ip address is reachable. My isp is Yayzi. There are no problems with the broadband. Box says Internet is available.

I think this might be a geoip thing as Yayzi have recently changed all their ip addresses. Any ideas? Thanks

It looks like it resolved itself after a couple of days so longer an issue.

Like most of you I have done ALL the recommended fixes toget UHD which is on my package, but it never on Sky Football.. In the passed you could switch to UHD on screen alias no more.

its just disappeared completely? So what am I paying for please?

@IanEA have you checked your setting in audio/visual that the box is still set to 2160p

My gripe with Sky is it fails to give any indication of changes,  updates happen over night but never told what they are or for by message on app or email ?

Sky go app program list every program is given as HD, so no indication of UHD  programs addvalable to watch.

Also on TV programs logos  no indication of  what definition you are watching..

my kit tells I'am set up for UHD but can never find any, used to be on Sky sport but no more ?
