my sky q box does not show picture in uhd.TVset up fine as are hd programs etc.

using the uhd channels on Sky,BT and Netflix all showing picture in hd only.

Both Sky and Bt confirm my subscription covers for uhd service.

My sky Qbox is one of the early models---Q210.000.06.03L(5k4107v)

any help would be appreciated

You have listed ythe Software version which is the same across boxes

Please can you tell use what shows in the Hardware Version ?

Home - Settings - System Info - Hardware Version

Also can you tell us the Make & model of your TV

@macemaceThe number you have given is the software version, however all 2TB boxes will work with UHD BUT only the most recent 1TB boxes will.

No mini box will work with UHD.
