Any idea why BBC News and BBC Parliament channels are no longer working ? The message says "This channel is currently affected by a problem with your satellite system". I can't see how that can be correct because everything else is working.

It's possible for a fault to only affect one or two transponders, causing the loss of just the channels on those transponders.

If HD versions of BBC News and BBC Parliament are both not working you may also have lost these BBC One/Two regions, that can be found in the 950-970 channel range if you want to check:

BBC One ScotHD
BBC One Wal HD
BBC One WM HD
BBC One NE HD
BBC Two NI HD
BBC One NW HD
BBC Two NI HD
BBC One Yks HD

Plus BBC Alba HD (117 in Scotland, 169 elsewhere)
