We have the full sky package but can't watch U&Dave why is this ?

Are you seeing an upgrade message, if so what TV service do you have, Sky+ or Sky Q ?

We have sky Q and it says you don't have the required subscription

Have you tried a reboot of your Q box at the mains, so keep it unplugged for a minute or so before plugging it back in and after it has finished loading back up see if you can then access the channel ?
