to Sky Q

I experienced disruption to your Sky Q services recently.

On the evening of 15 May

Sky gave us a gif but it was not showing and I could download from Sky Store Buy movie

 

Can someone from support help to resolve this

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.
To contact Sky

@Martinha1  have you tried the steps within this thread

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I'm going to contact Sky tomorrow, hope get this gifting 🙂
