subtitles on sky q

how to get subtitles on streamed programmes on sky q ?

downloaded Brokenwood, watch first episode with subtitles when it moved on to episode 2 it came up as no subtitles available. please help.

Fortunately I do not need subtitles so generally have no experience

I haven't checked but we do often get reports that 'on demand' content does not have subtitles when the programmes via Satellite do.

As Brokenwood S9 ep 2 has not yet been broadcast you would be reliant on the download. 

May I suggest you wait for next Monday's broadcast.

BTW I love Brokenwood  - it is quite amazing how they manage to shoe horn Frodo into so many episodes

I have just tried accessing the download of S9 #2 & it does seem to be without subtitles.

If you are desparate to watch it and have access on your TV or elsehwere to UKTV player ep 2 via the UKTV player has subtitles
