@Unable+to+access  You'll need to explain in more details what the issue is?

 

Do you have a satellite signal?  If not then after a few days the SKy Q box will cease to function entirely as it needs a live signal to keep the box active.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
