Re: sky using DPD ?
Issues with DPD have been regularly discussed on the boards (probably more so in connection with mobile deliveries). Their Sky Q box interaction is usually a doorstep box swap. What has happened in your case?

Re: sky using DPD ?
This is my opinion sky should look for another courier , they give anything from 5 minutes to 20 minutes hour time slot. This is ok if you are at home , I have been , the courier driver 1st one only drove onto my property second attempt same drive just cam up to my window and looked In didn't knocked my door on these occasions only knew they had been when I had notification, final attempt when they were delivering no5 when I was number 7 I went and waited outside no sign of the DPD van nor driver didn't attempt to deliver sent a message saying couldn't find me. The customer service I received from DPD was shocking rude, promise delivery driver would return wasted a whole day waiting for them promised a two hour call back twice , guess what I still waiting for the call. Their customer service employees just come with some many untruths it's shocking to listen to them. They said if i wanted to make a complaint I have to tell sky and they have to report it.

Re: sky using DPD ?
DPD have always been superb for me with any delivery I've had from them.
Their app & tracking facilities work much better than any other courier company I've used.
The standard of their service must vary in different parts of the country.

Re: sky using DPD ?
Same here. Have had no issues whatsoever with DPD deliveries. The same can't be said for everyone as we see from time to time on here. I've never had to contact DPD direct.

Re: sky using DPD ?
In all the years I've only had one issue with DPD.
This time of year they're all extremely busy so give them a break...

Re: sky using DPD ?
Have to agree with others on here. I deal with several couriers for my business and DPD are by far the best and have the best App for tracking the delivery.

Often have parcels delivered from DPD.
Not had any problems at all with them, their tracking/messaging too is accurate and frequent.

Re: sky using DPD ?
Some of their drivers are just chasing targets as they get paid per delivery/attempted delivery, so put zero effort in to actually contacting you. It's frustrating to say the least.

Re: sky using DPD ?
I lnow that's true of Yodel and Evri. You sure DPD operate the same way? Doesn't seem very Germanic.
