Unable to access sky sp+ on the evening of 30/10/2024 due to error DUG 1,will I be getting a compensation discount Off my future bill?

@DavePB  For the duration compared to your monthly bill the amount would be so tiny less than a few pence, unless you're expecting far more for the issue?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
