Sky Q dropping network connection

I work for a ISP on a small island that is currently doing a Fibre roll out and changing every from copper to Fibre.

As part of this we have seen a large number of customers start having problems with their Sky Q dropping their home networks. Mostly with the Sky Q mini boxes. Some with and with out boosters.

The customers advise it will work and then randomly drop the connection and then they need to go in the setting on the sky to get it to reconnect to the network.  Their internet is not dropping and all other devices stay connected.
We have gone out and ensured their have a strong network around their homes with mesh and other networking equipment. And as mentioned none of their other devices drop connection.

We have reset the connections, we have hard wired the mini boxes to the mesh nodes along with the main sky box and still have issues.
We have set them as priority devices on the network and still have the problem.
We have tired different routers and different networking equipment and got the same result.
We have tried connecting over just 2.5 or 5GHz and got the same.

I have looked through previous posts in this community and it looks to be a common fault but I havent been successful in finding anyone who has resolved it
