sky q in my conservatory recently is continually getting bad reception.

my sky q in the conservatory is recently coninually getting bad reception. At the moment no BBC1 i have reset set the box and checked all cables. If it rains i never have reception i am in 2 minds to cancel my scription and get cable. i would say i have reset the main q box at least a dozen times this year  i wonder what i am oaying for

Have you actually reported the problem to Sky? Sounds like your dish is out of alignment.  I'll escalate this for you so you can log the issue & have an engineer come out to check / realign your dish
