i'm an existing sky Q subscriber with a 1TB box Does a multiscreen subscription enable me to watch 2 different channels on 2 different TV's at the same time or does multiscreen just extend the first TV's channel to the 2nd TV

Hi @brid+dave   Yes, but remember to order a Mini box at the same time. Check your box hardware version, 32Cxxx only one Mini box and 32B2xx two Mini boxes in use at the same time.

You can watch channels/recordings independently.

It's not a mirroring service.

i've gone ahead and ordered a box ....

tracking my order i was shocked to see 4-5 weeks for delivery ....

Not impressed, no mention of this prior to committing to the order....

Hi @brid+dave   I received the same message when I ordered my last Mini box! It actually arrived the day after ordering it. I suspect you can ignore that estimate. For others receiving that estimate, please let us know when it actually arrives.

one last question .... is the remote for the mini box a bluetooth or infra red remote ?

Hi @brid+dave 

All remotes are now the same Bluetooth/voice. 

It was only in the first couple of years that minis were sent with IR only remotes
