Settings confirmed connected to broadband, both via wifi or via wired connection Ok - live in Hull area so no BT landline so no Sky broadband.
However, on attempting to access iPlayer or prime video or itv X, informed not connected to internet. Sky helper no help. Kept telling me to try alternative WiFi connection when I had already done so several times. In end, arranged engineer visit but not for nearly 3 weeks. In end, got round it myself by putting cable between router extender and TV as well as router to Sky box. Sky box must be faulty.
