sky mini box

having trouble upgrading to a sky mini box,sky system thinks i still have one but i sent it back last year then re subscribed to just sky q main box untill i recently tried to get a new mini box,it was delivered by dpd but driver would not hand it over as i was expected to hand over my old box which i already sent back,this has happened twice now,so im stuck in a loop and after spending all last week on phone to sky im no further forward.

Have you still got the proof of posting / tracking information / email from Sky confirming the mini box was returned?

If you have the proof it should be fairly straightforward and we can try to get you some help,on here through the Community Messaging Team.

Please don’t try to post an image of the Royal Mail tracking or postal receipt as Sky don’t allow them on the forum.

So you're ordering an "extra" mini box, not a replacement, and the dpd guy is being told it's a box swap?

yes thats it,ive explained this to sky several times but it doesnt seem to make any difference,ive actually had to re order a min box 3 times but it never arrives this is not a replacement box but a new one as in  newly subscribed to multi room.

thanks for reply,i dont think so but surely sky should have this info,ill  try find any info i can regarding posting the box.
