sky box says password wrong

Hi, i have a sky box connected to my EE Hub for about 2 years for broadband.

recently it dropped connectetion, which it does now and again.

when i try to connect with my Hub password as i have in the past with no problem.

Sky box says wrong password, but it def isnt wrong, its the same one i always use.

i have logged on to my hub and checked the password, its correct.

we also have 2 mobiles connected to the hub, no problems with them.

can anyone help please, cant get any apps etc to work just now.
