Should I automatically have a multiroom box with subscription?

I have had a multiroom subscription for many years and occasionally use the Sky Go app but should I have automatically been issued with a multiroom box or do I need to order one?

Hi @Kaz+W 

Normally Sky do offer the first mini with no upfront charge when you take Q Multiscreen.

Best to contact Sky directly and see if you can negotiate a deal.

If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.
