sky are messing me around, being retained under signature , sport , cinema offer but they turned off

sky tried to retain me with an offer of sports, cinema plus signature for 47.50 a month but since agreeing the deal they took off entertainment , sports and cinema and they stopped my UHD and even HD so everything is now standard def and even now when i look i have no cinema or football and the sky website when i look at my equipment it says i do not have a box

Entertainment is a legacy package - any new contract will be Signature.

You'll have to call them to discuss the issues you're having.  Sports and Cinema include HD as part of their subscriptions.

HD is a prerequisite for UHD.  Free to air channels will be in HD.
