Sky Q ES340daIT 1TB available space for records

Hello 

I have read that with 1TB the available space should be 700GB but if i check on records / memory with a totale of 204GB of records  the busy space is reported as 48% that mean lesse than 500GB available for records 

Whats real number?

I'm from Italy but i suppose that the same model work here as in England

We won't know whether the spec is the same as in Italy. You perhaps need to contact Sky Italia.

Thanks for answer. Unfortunately the level of support in Italy is zero practises when you contact the chat they don't know absolutely anything and the only things they recommend is to disconnect the power and try again or ask for the replacement of the decoder 😂. There is no technical suppor.
