sky Q box

My lodger has just move out and cancel her account, at the moment the two boxs are still in the house can I keep these boxs and start a account with you.

you can setup an account in your name and receive new equipment

Sky will ask her to return the equipment loaned to her. If you take a subscription with Sky, they'll send you new equipment.

Ive had my sky q box about a month no ones telling me when I'm having it put in could you please give me a date and time thankyou

Are you a brand new customer to Sky Q? If so the engineer will bring the Sky Q box, cables, remotes and a dish if there isn't one there already, on installation day. If you are a returning Sky Q customer and they have sent you a Sky Q box via a courier then it's for self set up.

If it's a Stream puck, setup is entirely DIY.
