sending sky box back

i have been asked to send my sky mini q back.   It is the only sky box that I have.   If i send it back then surely the sky wont work?   All i have done is reduce my package, not cancel all sky.   What do i send?

Did you previously have the Multiscreen subscription?

It can't be the only box you have. You must have a main Sky Q box as well!

maybe.   Ah so you think I had another box before?  No idea where that is as moved house and havent seen it

You have to have a Sky Q main box before a mini box.

Hi @jomo9   If you have lost your Sky Q Main box, you will be charged a non-return fee.

 

Sky Q:

  • Sky Q 1TB box - up to £117
  • Sky Q 2TB box - up to £135
  • Sky Q Mini box - up to £52

Your Sky Q Mini Box wouldn't work without a Sky Q Main Box being present and connected to your satellite dish.
