I have cancelled my sky as I am out of contract , they have sent me a box to return this . How long do you get to rerturn this . I hve had a bereavment and finding this hard. The oive chat is not working, I dont want to speak on the phone, struggling to do the label via post office and its ahrd all this to deal with the pressure .
Any ideas

"You will need to return the Sky owned equipment within 60 days of us sending you the necessary packaging and instructions, otherwise you will be charged a non-return charge for each piece of equipment you fail to return"

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt's worth noting that Sky will send reminders and warnings of non return fees being implemented a lot earlier than 60 days. It's in your own interest to return the equipment as soon as you can and keep your proof of posting indefinitely.
