return of sky Q box

Hello, i need to return a sky Q box but i have been sent a parcel box that will only fit a sky Q mini box. on the instructions that arrived with the empty parcel box it states that "the sky owned equipment you have" is a Sky Q mini box. i do have a sky Q mini as well as a sky Q box. but i wanted to return my sky Q box. not the mini.

Have you cancelled Sky Q completely? A Mini box won't work without a main Sky Q box.

If you have cancelled your Sky Q TV service and not just multiscreen then you can use any packaging you can get hold off and then print a return label from here:

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.

Sorry, but that doesn't make sense; a mini is of no use without the main Sky Q box!  Have you actually cancelled your contract with Sky?  If so, ALL boxes need to be returned to them
