Hi, when we were first setting everything up a couple of months ago we were able to click on 'upgrade to ultra HD' really easily - so we did. Thing is, we just don't use it so want to remove it from the package now and I can't for the life of me figure out how to do this and the 'help' just keeps sending me round and round - is there a simple way or a phone number I can ring them on?

If not then you need to contact Sky and give them 31 days notice to cancel it, so you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.

Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom of the page.

I believe you need to call
If you have the MY SKY app I think you may be able to find a number there - especially if you are a SKY VIP member
If not go this page & scroll to the bottom and expand the link need more help & scroll down

If you have SKY Mobile or SKY Talk land line then I think you can also call 150
