Hello,
Cannot acess Netflix and Disneyt via the Sky box and I have been logged out of Disney which now does no recognise my email address. Anyone with any ideas?

Disney+ thankfully working but Netflix just keeps spinning, and spinning, and spinning, and spinning.... 😵💫
No explanation on Netflix or Sky accounts as to why either which isn't great.
Tried resetting the apps and rebooting my Sky box, but to no effect.
Can someone from Sky please respond?

I'm also having the same issues, with my Sky Q box.
Disney+ is working fine, but Netflix just keeps spinning. I've downloaded the App on my Xbox and it's working fine on there.
My Netflix App has been doing this on and off for a while yet but usually after a reboot it starts working again. Today however, it's not working at all.
Any suggestions Sky?

My Netflix loads, but swiftly kicks me right back to the main Sky menu. Same with Discovery+
I've managed to get into (and stay) in Netflix by accessing a movie from the movies menu on Sky...hoping to stay in for the duration!
