rearranging engineer to look at Dish

I have a booked appointment for Thursday.  However, i have to attend an appointment at work at the same time.  Went online to rearrange without incurring a fee - its only giving me an option for next couple of days not next week.  I have to book it on Thurs/Fri when i work from home.  As i cant do online i wanted to speak to someone but cannot find a number.  It states if i cancel day before or on day i will incur costs.  Please can anyone assist?
