picture distortion

I have recently got a new sky q box, the picture is distorted, it goes multi coloured, am I doing anything wrong?

It is a Sky Q 2TB UHD, if that makes a difference.

Every channel? What does the satellite signal strength & quality say?

Tried another cable? Though this looks like a signal or box issue to me.

To be honest @Cazfred1

That does look like an issue with the Q box

Thank you for all help, I got in touch with sky, and they are sending an engineer out to fix it.

A quick update, engineer came out, changed box, replaced cables, all good to go, thanks for all advice.
