no signal message

I renewed my sky tv deal 3 days ago and ever since the sky tv keeps cutting out and saying no signal or a black screen. it usually works again if I turn the box on and off. The TV is new and fine when I go on all the menus within the TV itself so I don't think it's an issue with the TV.

You need to differentiate between No signal and no Satellite Signal .

Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.
