no remote activity after performing factory reset

Ive performed a factory reset on the main skyq box and now the remote control is inactive

Can anybody help me with this please?

hi @Simonsky+converas 

You probably need to reset it & then re-pair it

Press & hold (6 oops typo)  7 & 9 together until the red led above the SKY logo flashes four times

Then press & hold 1 & 3 together to re-pair - note that until paired it is in Infrared mode & needs line of sight of the box
