Equipment return

Dear Sir/Madam , I contact you in regards to my friends. She gave me here sky equipment to be returned as she left her place and sky didn't send her the backage earlier. Unfortunately, i received the boxes and everything but i have an emergency situation whoxh required me to travel ASAP. I still have everything at my place but am still out of the UK. I will insure it will be send once i got back . But meanwhile, what i have to do ! Waiting for your kind response. Regards, Doaa

If your friend is charged the non-return fee (assuming Sky has live payment details on file) then they will be refunded once the equipment is received back (although this might need chasing).  Sky aren't going to accept a 'promise to return', particularly when this isn't coming from the account holder.

You need to be aware you not addressing SKY here but just other customers.

 

However, we can advise that there is little that can be done until the boxes are returned. 

 

Your friend who used to subscribe will be charged a non return fee which should get refunded when the boxes are returned (they may also get a few messages requesting return etc)
