no network connnection despite satellite signal being strong

message says: theres a problem with your network connection but satellite signal is strong.ive checked retried rebooted and been on hold for over half an hour this is ridiculous and such poor service..its two days now

Hi @faultfault 

 

Network & Satellite are 2 completely different things.

 

Can I suggest you ty a power down restart (Switch off at mins or unplug) of your router followed by  a power down restart of your Main SKY Q box
