my 2 mini boxes keep dropping out. New qbox fitted recently by sky engineer.

Recently had new qbox fitted to replace old one by sky engineer. He configured my 2 minibuses but they keep dropping out. Having yo reset them 3 or t times a week.

I spoke to a sky specialist on the phone who talked me through reconfiguring the boxes. Successfully completed. The boxes were set to eco and the Qbox to active. All set to active now.
