Just got a new sky Q box . On about four occasions when I try and turn it on it makes quite a loud whirring noise and I am then unable to turn it on using the controller . The only way I can restart it is by unplugging power and resetting . The controller works fine when it's rebooted . This fault seems to be getting worse. I am sure I took the eco setting off my box .
