minibox connectivity problem since december

Absolutely sick of problems with 1 sky minibox connectivity problem, sky engineers been out now 6times since December. i even have a white booster, engineers say can't find problem, or thinks they've fixed it..

It needs sorting or I'm going elsewhere. Ready to disconnect everything. So frustrating. Not getting a service you pay for £143 all in.. very very unhappy

Sky engineer came out now gone all our mobiles won't send texts, and can't recieve
