Interference on tv

We have been experiencing interference breaking up the picture on the tv screen for some time. Not sure whether the problem is with the Q box, the dish or the tv, all of which is covered by Sky Protect.  Have tried calling Sky Protect and cannot get through to someone to speak to. As a Sky Diamond VIP would expect better service.

Sky Protect is a Domestic & General policy - your VIP tier is irrelevant for that.

 

Persist in calling D&G.
