mini box keeps buffering

The main sky Q box works perfectly fine but increasingly the mini box is buffering, to a point where its happening almost every night  The mini box is in same room as the internet  router.

Hi @jenniryan 


Try a Network Reset on the mini.
Network Reset found in mini Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to WPS with Sky Q router (assuming this is nearer to the mini than the main Q box)

You will be asked to press the WPS button on the Sky router. (Not on the mini box as the Network reset will start the mini box WPS automatically). Make sure you press the WPS button on the Sky router and not the reset button.
