Disney+ not loading. Freezing on Apple logo.

Hello, my Disney+ app has worked fine until a couple of days ago. Now it freezes on the Apple logo. It wields fine on my tablet, so I think that is the Sky Q box. I've refreshed the Apps and rebooted at least twice, and updated the software. I don't know what to do next, although I haven't phoned Sky yet.

Disney+ has nothing to do with Apple. Is it the Disney logo that it freezes on?

Sorry, my mistake. My post is about Apple TV+! Trying to watch the Grand Prix while writing my post.
